A little closer to seeing the vision become reality.

Our Thornbury side-by-side townhouse project continues to progress, and we’re now getting closer to the fixing stage.

It’s an exciting point in the journey — seeing the various elements come together, watching the design transition from plans and concepts into something tangible, and knowing that each milestone brings our wonderful clients one step closer to their finished homes.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, and we’ll continue to work diligently with everyone involved to keep the project moving forward.

With a little luck, we’re hoping we might have a very special Christmas present to share with our clients this year.

For now, we’re enjoying watching it all come together.

🏡 Another successful handover — and a very special milestone for us!

Today we celebrated the handover of another beautiful new home in Dream Estate, Sebastopol — our 30th completed build within an estate of just 85 blocks.

What made this one particularly special was seeing just how stoked our clients were with the finished result. As first home buyers, this home represents so much more than bricks and mortar — it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter, and we were genuinely delighted to share that moment with them.

We feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to be part of their journey and to help bring their first home to life.

It’s also a pretty special way for us to round out our project in Dream Estate Sebastopol, having now completed 30 homes within the estate.
