Totally understandable given all the chaos, right?

Here's the thing - if you think & feel back to the last time you were worried about something, chances are that when it became a reality it wasn't half as bad as you had thought.

Our brains are wired to project & protect, but if you can hold onto that previous feeling then you have a higher chance of switching your brain from safety mode into solution mode π§

So if you can feel rising, focus on that previous scenario that turned out ok and remind yourself that it's not likely to be as bad as you're worrying about β€οΈ

Then take the extra energy & use it on finding better outcomes that you can affect RIGHT NOW.
