The during and after shots of house recently painted for sale. Increased the value on thier house quite alot. They got a lot more than first valued before painting. Like I said painting a house inside and out can increase the value of your home quiet lot. Customers were very happy with how it turned out. I was too. I Was happy with this job and how well it looked at the end.

Some before shots of a house I just recently painted. owners were selling it. Was on the low end of value as it was before painting. Turned out to be a good job in the end and bought their price up quit lot in price. You’d be quite surprised what value a paint job can add to the sale of your house. I alway would recommend painting before selling as it really increases the value of your house.

This was my old neighbors house I painted for him. He was the original guitarist for normie Rowe and the playboys. All the doors were painted with a brush as he liked the look the brush did in full gloss enamel oil based paint rather than what the roller did. Came out nice and thick and a really nice finish on the doors and woodwork. Painted the whole house inside and ended up doing his daughters house as well. I don’t have any before shots of this but it hadn’t been painted in 30 years or something. So bill renailed all the walls as had all come loose and then I painted over the plaster joins and new patches where he renailed the plaster back to the frames. So full repaint. Came up really nice and was impressed with the doors and frames

Up there gazaly. The after shots turned out nice. Lot of work. I did most of it. Even did the decking and stairs and used a fine grit sand in the paint on the stairs to give it some grip. Was a good job. Mikes a great bloke. Did some gigs with him when I did stage and guitar tech and sound and lighting work. I was a roadie for twenty plus years before I took up painting.

Up there gazaly. Mike Brady’s house. If your not sure who he is. He sang up there gazaly. Great guy. Top bloke. Had to repaint his house with a friend. But I did most of the work as he would be sleeping somewhere in a corner as usual. He got the flick. But these are some before shots of the house. Lot of work done on it as weather beat it up a bit. See next post for the after shots.

Room I had to paint and do a wallpaper feature wall in. Painted the whole house not sure where the photos are for the whole house but this small room the lady had made out of half of her garage for the grandkids to play in and watch tele. Painted the whole room and window and did the wallpaper turned out really nice. Was a good quality job. The whole house turned out really nice.

Job I did for realestate agent. All the corners of the fascia’s were rotted. Had repair and paint the corners and some of the fascia’s. And repair and paint the windows as well. Just To make it look good for next tenant to move in.

A metallic feature wall I did. Did the whole room and bathroom extension. But they wanted a metallic feature wall. Turned out great. Took time to do as done with a brush and using brush strokes in a Kriss cross style. It looks different in different light and times of day with sun light. Good effect. Turned out really good.
