The first question everyone asks is: where's the catch.
There isn't one. It is not no repayments. It is paused repayments.
On a traditional construction loan you make interest only repayments every single month from the day your land settles until the home is finished. If you are renting or carrying another mortgage at the same time, that period is brutal.
