Can you tell we were all pretty happy about securing this enviable Edwardian home in convenient Coburg recently?!

Well done to K & L who were the very happy winners of a boardroom auction for this property, which was initiated by an acceptable pre-auction offer submitted by another interested party. Our knowledge of the local market and comparable properties meant our clients were prepared for a competitive auction, and emerged victorious. This was the cherry on top, after searching and refining the brief for around 2 months.

Thorough preparation is one of the keys to success at auction. Oh, and of course having an experienced bidder on your side! All K & L had to do was log in to the zoom and watch the action unfold!

Treechange secured! 🌳🌲⛰️

We were employed several months ago to help our clients achieve their dream of leaving city life behind and buying a home where the air is clean and life is quiet. But still within an hour-ish of Melbourne for work opportunities.

We knew our search was focused on one town in the Yarra Ranges, and after saying “thanks, but no thanks” to some close-but-not-quite-right options we finally found this solid brick home on 1,200m2. With a modern floorplan, views of Mt Donna Buang and a mostly level block, it was a standout.

We are so thrilled to have assisted our client with their recent strategic purchase of this beauty in central Ballarat!

Our brief was to find a home in an appealing location, with ability to add value through initial cosmetic improvements and potential for larger renovation down the track. Within a particular price point, of course.

There is a lot more value for money in regional Victoria than metropolitan Melbourne, so our search landed on historic Ballarat. With outstanding schools, major medical centres, government department employment hubs and charming homes all within a commutable distance from Melbourne it was the perfect solution.

2023 launched with a strong auction win in Doncaster East! 🚀

This lovely couple engaged us to help secure their dream home when they found it in January. We provided thorough comparable market analysis and advice to assist in their decision making, guided them through due diligence and represented them at auction.

And my golly, what an auction! A car accident in front of the auctioneer, quite literally as he called for an opening bid, is something we have never seen before. Drama before the drama!

Our opening bid eliminated two bidders, and tactical further bidding against two other hopefuls ensured our ecstatic clients were unfurling the Sold sticker in front of their new home.
