Today marks a very special milestone in my life and career as I officially step into the role of Director and Principal of Raine & Horne Essendon.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From sitting under my mum’s reception desk as a child at our original real estage office in Glenroy, to attending auctions with my father, Randolph Clements, who has dedicated more than 50 years to the industry, property has always been in my blood.
Growing up around real estate taught me that this business is about far more than houses. It’s about people, families, dreams, and helping others through some of life’s biggest decisions.
To now have the opportunity to lead my own office is something I am incredibly proud of. It’s the culmination of a lifetime spent learning, growing, and developing a genuine passion for this industry.
I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way — my family, friends, colleagues, mentors, clients, and the many people who have placed their trust in me over the years.
While I’m proud of this achievement, I see it less as a destination and more as the beginning of an exciting new chapter. My focus remains the same as it has always been: working hard, delivering exceptional service, and helping my clients achieve outstanding results.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Raine & Horne Essendon.
