Laneway Lodge is a short stay accommodation renting private single rooms by the month.
Our building is conveniently located on A'Beckett St just off Elizabeth St in the city, close to amenities, transport, Queen Victoria Market and universities.
Perfect for students or other guest looking for accommodation that does not require a 6–12-month lock rental contract.
Our accommodation has shared bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities.
Each room features: Desk and Lamp, Wardrobe, Shelving Unit, Heating, and Mini Fridge.
Monthly cost is $732 pcm ($169 a week)
Deposits required upon check in are $150 key deposit and $100 cleaning deposit. These will be refunded upon check out with the return of keys and room in a clean and tidy condition.
Inspection and application required.
Utilities included except internet.
