With all residents now moved in and making new memories in their homes, we would like to thank our entire project team for all of their hard work and commitment towards bringing this vision of Rare Brilliance to life.

We’re bouyed by the recent announcement to re-open construction sites in Melbourne!
The images by capture the tremendous progress made in the weeks prior to closure.

The beautiful Nelissen Bricks have started to adorn the facade, with the install of the anodised glazing and internal fit-out well underway. External scaffolding is also now erected on site, allowing for brickwork and rendering to be completed across all levels. Pending construction sites returning to full capacity, the project team are striving to reveal the completed facade and our prototype apartment prior to Christmas break.

An incredible month of watching the fine craftsmanship of the team and their talented sub-contractors turning ’s rare vision into a reality.

The five level structure will be complete before month’s end, with facade and fit-out works commencing shortly thereafter. Watch this space.

The new year has started strongly at Rondure House, with well underway on site. 🏗

Basement piling is 50% complete, with bulk excavation scheduled to commence later in the month after the install of capping beams.

With the site evolving on a daily basis, we’re looking forward to seeing the amazing architecture by coming to life!

We are delighted to be able to finally welcome back private appointments of our Rondure House display suite from tomorrow, for a short period of time prior to construction commencement.

Private appointments will be limited on a daily basis, with the display suite cleaned between each appointment to ensure the highest standard of hygiene in line with our COVID Safe Plan.

There remains a narrow opportunity to save up to $100,000 in Stamp Duty on selected residences.
