- Answering the phones
- Dealing with walk in enquiries
- Distributing messages accordingly
- Ensure all mail is enveloped, franked and posted
- Management of all deliveries

- Update the sales and rental availabilities list
- Ensure foyer of office is always neat and tidy
- Backup for rental inquiries
- Stationary and office supplies ordering and management
- Ad hoc administration duties

To be successful for this position you must possess the following:

- Your own car
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to learn
- A positive and can do attitude
- Agents Representative Certificate is preferred but not essential
- Prior Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.

This role is a call-in basis, the successful applicant will be available to work weekdays at short notice.
