Clearly the youngsters aren't the only ones counting the days! CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It's been pleasing to see the scaffolding coming down from the front façade recently and the face brickwork completed.
Unfortunately, continued supply delays and the shut-down of many trades over the Christmas period mean we are now looking at a late February hand-over to all of our new residents.
We’ll keep you in the loop on progress with another update early in the New Year once all trades return from their break and to complete the interiors and landscaping.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
If you’ve been past the construction site recently, Opus House is progressing at an impressive rate with the formwork for all levels now complete.
The iconic curved balconies are taking shape, and we can confirm that the views across the surrounding countryside are looking great.
At this stage we are anticipating that construction will be completed in October/November this year, so you can look forward to a very special Christmas celebration in 2022.

IT'S ALL HAPPENING AT OPUS HOUSE
If you've been past the site of the Opus House project recently you'll have seen that the excavations for the basement are powering ahead at a great rate.
