Work is racing ahead with the final slab to be poured this coming week. The plan is to have the rooftop all waterproofed by the Christmas break for the fitout to commence straight after the break.

👉Level 2 concrete slab poured and blockwork complete.
👉Level 3 concrete slab formwork complete and pour scheduled for next week.
👉Waterproofing applied to ground floor and level 1 windows and doors
👉Tiles and plasterboard deliveries start next week

When you travel to site for an inspection, catchup with the builder and to create some media content and the pilot does a fly by The Talle on the way in to land 🛬🏠👌

Significant progress was again made onsite despite a few weather disruptions. Engineering sign-off was received on the ground floor columns and block work.

Construction Update 4 🏠 - Week 6 - Aug 22nd
👉Structural steel and formwork for columns.
👉Formwork shutters for ground floor garage columns installed and signed off.
👉Termite protection on lift shafts and column formwork complete.
👉Ground floor blockwork core filled and completed.

Construction powered on over the fortnight with the steel setup for the footings completed, the concrete strip footings poured, ground slab preparation was completed and the ground slab was also poured.
