Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Implementation of the Sales Department and on boarding of Sales employees

• Ability to work effectively within a high performing team environment
• Proven success as a sales professional with a history of achieving budgets, developing products and people (3+ years experience )
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise
• Pre-settlement and post-settlement client care
• Liaising with vendors and buyers, including end-to-end management of all correspondence

Skills and experience required:

• High-level sales skills with a focus on business development
• Proficient in the use of CRM and office programs
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
