Kaufman Property has issued a formal Request for Information (RFI) to the marketplace seeking suitable accommodation within the Melbourne CBD, with a preference for Western Core locations and convenient access to a train station.

Key leasing requirements include:
• Location: Melbourne CBD – Western Core preferred
• Area Required: 220 – 280 sqm (NLA)
• Building Grade: A or B Grade (PCA) office accommodation
• Condition: New or refurbished fully fitted space
• Lease Term: 3 to 5 years
• Occupation Date: Between 1 April and 30 June 2026

The required fitout will include reception and waiting area, 22 sit-to-stand workstations, boardroom facilities for 12 persons, additional meeting room, two quiet rooms, breakout/kitchen facilities, communications room, storage area and end-of-trip facilities. On-site car parking or access to nearby commercial parking for up to two vehicles would be advantageous.

Building owners and their appointed agents are invited to submit suitable options in accordance with the Request for Information documentation. Submissions close at 5:00 pm on 6 March 2026.
