Our latest project, Hollick Place, honours Ruth Hollick, an acclaimed Art Deco-era photographer whose eye for beauty and detail helped shape how we see Essendon North.

Hollick Place is both a tribute to Ruth, and to a neighbourhood that’s kept its village charm and easy sense of community. Even its facade carries that heritage forward, with architect Carr drawing on the familiar red brick tones found throughout the area.

Hollick Place changes the view. Designed by award-winning Melbourne architecture studio Carr, this is our second project in North Essendon, following the sold-out success of The Watson.

A major milestone has been reached at The Osment with the successful installation of the tower crane.

This marks the beginning of the next phase of construction, with excavation and retention works now nearing completion. As construction continues to progress, we’re excited to see this landmark development begin to take shape in the heart of Greville Village, Prahran.
