To say the last 6 weeks has been tough is an understatement. I feel for our tenants and landlords for not being able to do what has needed to be done.

Most landlords are self-funded retirees, without rental income, the have no income. There is no government grant or welfare for self funded retirees.

It's time to re-open. Not for my sake, I'll be fine, but for the sake of the retired people who rely on this industry to survive.

Providing shelter is an essential service. Shelving real estate services for another 7 weeks will leave thousands of tenants, landlords and their families financially crippled.
