This competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this competition, and are not responsible to entrance or participants of the competition. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Con
ditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia, who FOLLOW the Buxton Stonnington page, LIKE the competition post and COMMENT their favourite thing to do over a long weekend. Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian’s permission to collect the prize.
4. The Promoter is Buxton Stonnington (The Promoter). How to enter:
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must FOLLOW the Buxton Stonnington page, LIKE the competition post and COMMENT their favourite thing to do over a long weekend. during the promotional period (between 22/03/2021 – 28/03/2021 11:59pm AEST)
6. By submitting an entry into this competition entrants’ consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter, Buxton Stonnington, including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time. Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.
7. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid. Number of Entries permitted:
8. One entry per person is acceptable. If an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize to the Promoter. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant and can request whatever documentation deemed necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates:
9. The competition commences on the 22/03/2021 and closes 28/03/2021 11:59pm AEST (‘Promotional Period’). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on AEST.
10. The winner will be drawn on the 29/03/2021. The ‘winner’ refers to one valid entry drawn at random. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
11. The winner will be notified by Facebook Messenger within two business days of the draw. The prize can be emailed to the winner, or may be arrange to be collected from the Buxton Stonnington office.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed subject to State and Territory legislation. Winners of any further draws will be notified by Facebook Messenger if this takes place. Prize on offer:
13. The total prize is valued at up to $150 (Including GST where applicable), as at 22/03/2021
14. The prize on offer is: x1 Hawker Hall voucher to the value of $150. Any purchases made over the limit of the voucher are the responsibility of the winner and will not be reimbursed by Buxton Stonnington.
15. In the event a winner does not take the prize by 12/04/2021, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
16. To claim the prize, winners must provide an email address to Buxton Stonnington for the voucher to be sent via email.
