at West Side Place recently welcomed Rolls-Royce Melbourne and a select group of invited guests for an exclusive evening celebrating luxury, design and contemporary art.

The invitation-only event brought together members of the Rolls-Royce client community to experience a specially curated collection of high-end artworks within the gallery space, highlighting Art Space Melbourne as a unique cultural destination in the heart of West Side Place.

Adding to the evening was the display of the 2026 Rolls-Royce Phantom — a 6.7-litre twin-turbo V12 flagship, valued at more than $1 million — providing a striking centrepiece alongside the curated exhibition.

The decision was made to ensure architecturally unique structures, maximising light, minimising overlooking, and ensuring unobstructed views.

The design integrates tower and podium while complying with city planning conditions, optimising views and sunlight access.

Eroded podium forms enhance sightlines to the central laneway. Upper-level terraces offer diverse indoor and outdoor amenities.

The team has always been committed to making their own slow-cooked adzuki bean paste from scratch.

After many trials, they have finally brought their house-made adzuki beans into their Matcha Latte and Hojicha Latte.

To the team's surprise, the Hojicha became their favourite.

The deep roasted aroma of hojicha pairs beautifully with the gentle sweetness of the slow-cooked adzuki beans, creating a combination that's hard to stop sipping.
