s also been an auctioneer for the past twelve months and competed in the annual REIV Victorian Novice Auctioneer Competition, in which he came 8th and was named one of Melbourne's best young auctioneers. As a sales agent and auctioneer, Radek takes pride in his strong sales history, with a proven track record of selling his clients' properties for the highest possible price in the shortest time-frame possible. He is proud to maintain an 83% Auction clearance rate, with an average of 34 days on the market for the properties he represents. He is very ambitious, driven to succeed, goals-oriented, hard working, reliable, organised, and focused. He is also very interested in property development and is keen to expand into this space in the future. Outside of work, Radek loves to cook for his friends and family, play social sports and is working on getting his recreational pilot licence.
