Accessible design is about making everyday living safer, easier and more independent.

A closer look at the bathrooms from our recently completed Wollert project, purpose-built with accessibility and functionality at the forefront.

Features include generous circulation space, accessible showers, grab rails, shower curtains and carefully considered fixture placement, all integrated into a clean, contemporary finish.

What a difference a well-planned renovation can make.
 
This Rosanna project transformed both the kitchen and wet areas, but it wasn’t simply a cosmetic update.

The kitchen was completely redesigned, while the wall separating the original bathroom and laundry was removed to create one larger, more functional space.
 
Same home. Completely different feel.

At Allgrange, we're committed to keeping you involved every step of the way, especially during construction where it matters most.

Part of that means knowing what should be happening mid-build.

✅Your builder should be on site regularly, not just when something goes wrong.
✅They should be coordinating trades so the right people show up in the right order.
✅They should be checking work before it gets locked in behind the next stage.
✅And they should be keeping you across progress without you having to chase.

Delays and budget blowouts rarely come out of nowhere. They build up quietly when no one's paying close enough attention in the middle stages. Our job is to make sure that doesn't happen to you.

Accessible design done right just looks like good design.

Sometimes it's the simple things: appliances at the right height, plenty of bench space, and storage that's actually easy to reach.

This laundry is a great example of how small, thoughtful changes can make everyday tasks genuinely easier for everyone in the home.
