Every block of land tells a different story — and this corner site in Bentleigh East told us it wasn't going to make things easy. Unusually compact for the family home our client envisioned, it needed a design that was clever with every square metre while still feeling generous and light-filled.
With the front of the home facing north, we saw a real opportunity. We oriented the living spaces to capture that beautiful winter sun streaming in, creating a warm, bright home without relying heavily on heating. The modern facade features striking shapes and high-quality finishes that give this home real street presence — proof that smaller sites don't have to mean smaller ambitions.
