Craigieburn Retail Complex - Article and Info to come.

I started this one as a review of an existing Architect designed scheme.

My first step was to look at the surrounds and speculate on highest and best uses, and prepare for the best future.

The Anchor tenant became a 2 Storey Medical Centre where a carwash was once proposed.

Shops facing the primary frontage became 2 storey premium tenancies.

Dividers became flexible, allowing for tenants wanting 300m2 or 60m2 to sign up and move in.

Approx 1500m2 more NLA and 50 additional cars makes this one of our biggest value adds.
