Hi everyone
Firstly happy Australia day may your day be fulfilled with plenty of food and laughter, don't forget to put a snag on the barbie or if you a wog kebapi will do.

Just reaching out to anyone that is considering a carpentry apprenticeship or already in one but want to move on. My work load is increasing and need 2 to 3 apprentices or even if your qualified, mature aged or want a career change. There's great incentives for the right applicant, can discuss at later stage.
There is no volume builder work and all my work is attention to detail. I am a registered builder and also do complete builds. The right person must take pride in what they do and the rewards will follow through.

We are seeking a 1st, 2nd 3rd 4th or qualified carpenter to join our small team in domestic construction.
The work is predominantly frame, lock up, cladding systems and fixing around inner metro Melbourne. I run a small crew that focuses on quality workmanship. You will be working along side a senior qualified carpenter learning old techniques aswell currant and modern day systems.
Excellent opportunity for ambitious person/s to learn a great trade from proper tradesman.
You must have basic carpentry tools, a drivers licence and white card. Immediate start for right candidate.

Hi all,

After a well deserved break, the first in over 20 years, it's back to business for Sureline Construction, more determined and focused than ever.

It's an interesting time for all at the moment and I guess a lot of uncertainties lying ahead. Particularly in the building industry, you would have heard about the short supply of materials and trade labour, companies folding due to increase in price and interest rates rises.
It's important to be mindful that if you are thinking of building your dream home/project, that you start by investing your time in choosing the right Builder. You have all heard the horror stories of the shonky Builders promising their clients the world but instead leaving them struggling so make sure you are completely aware of the legal contracts you're entering.

Choose the Builder who has a wealth of knowledge, experience, comes highly recommended and has an impressive portfolio. You may pay that small portion more, but you will definitely get the exceptional quality that you would expect. The right Builder will be determined to work with you daily to help make that dream come true. It's a team effort and when you work together the correct results are achieved.

For the people wanting to develope late 2022, you will be catering for a late 2023/24 market. In my opinion, I believe that the market price we see today, would be the same once the interest rates stabilise. As we have seen over the past years house prices have never declined or stabilised so this might not be a bad thing. For home owners when is it a good time to build?
That's a question only you can answer but one thing
for certain is TIME. Time is something you can never get back. My advise is that if you are financially stable and content in life then go for it don't wait. There will always challenges in life but how we chose to deal with them is key.
