Morning walk contemplation in sunny Palm Beach.... "Attitude eats strategy for breakfast"

Yet we invest billions of dollars into training people to "know more". Mostly people "know" what they should be doing, but for some reason they simply don't do it and that's what sets the gold star achievers and the soldiers apart. Don't get me wrong, I understand the law of polarity,

Peak performers are the unicorn in most teams and interestingly they don't actually "do" anything different to the soldiers. They mostly all do the same "actions". They use the same scripts and dialogues, the same templates, have the same "training", management, economic climate and opportunities etc etc etc. And yet 90% of training is directed at the actions. That simply doesn't make sense. Mindset, attitude and mindfulness, that's brings real change.

Up-skilling is done, superseded, an old model, dead training. If you want to start moving your soldiers towards being peak performers do some "In-skilling". Its where real transformation takes place.

Here's an interesting thought, peak performers are just average achievers if you don't have "soldiers" that make them shine. Now no-one wants a team of average performers (😂), but imagine what your bottom line would look like if you could help your soldiers increase their performance just by 15%...
