At Kokoda House Brisbane, the interior design brings together workplace, hospitality, and project experience within a single, cohesive environment.

A refined material palette and layered detailing create a residentially inspired setting, while flexible, interconnected spaces support both client engagement and internal collaboration.

For buyers, the experience is equally considered - offering a clear, immersive way to engage with Kokoda’s projects. The environment allows purchasers to better understand space, materiality, and design intent, creating a more informed and confident pathway from initial enquiry through to decision-making.

A Malvern icon, reimagined.

For generations, The Angel has been part of the neighbourhood’s story - a place to gather, celebrate, and connect. Now, it enters a new chapter.

Honouring its heritage while embracing what’s next, the precinct has been thoughtfully redesigned to bring new life to a familiar address. The past, present and future sit side by side - from original character to architectural vision, through to the space as it exists today.

It’s a continuation, not a reinvention. A place shaped by memory, redefined for how we live now.

The Angel of Malvern, renewed.

At Teneriffe Banks, the apartments present a refined expression of modern living, where interior design is guided by clarity, materiality, and connection to place.

A restrained palette anchors the residence - natural stone, warm timber, and soft textural finishes working in quiet cohesion. Living spaces are deliberately open yet intimate, allowing light to move freely while maintaining a sense of calm and proportion.

The kitchen is resolved with precision, integrating premium appliances within finely detailed joinery, while bedrooms are positioned as private retreats, layered, considered, and comfortably scaled. Every element has been resolved with longevity in mind, balancing aesthetic restraint with everyday functionality.

This expression of interior design reflects the broader vision for Teneriffe Banks: residences shaped not just by design, but by how they are lived in - considered, enduring, and connected to the riverfront setting.

Raw, refined, and deeply atmospheric.

At Refinery House, the interiors reveal a dialogue between past and present - exposed brick, aged surfaces, and industrial character softened by sculptural forms and considered detailing.

Designed by Carr, each space is layered with contrast. Steel and stone sit against warm timber, while light moves across textured walls and reflective finishes, bringing depth to every moment.

It’s not about perfection - it’s about character. A home that feels grounded, expressive, and quietly enduring.

At Teneriffe Banks, the interiors are defined by restraint and long-term liveability.

A refined palette of natural stone and timber establishes a cohesive design language, while efficient planning ensures seamless integration of living, kitchen, and dining zones. Generous glazing and clean detailing enhance light, outlook, and spatial quality.

For owner-occupiers and investors alike, this disciplined approach supports enduring appeal, delivering interiors designed to perform over time within Brisbane’s riverfront market.

At Malvern Collective, the pool is a defining element of the rooftop amenity, extending the residential offering beyond the apartment itself.

The pool edge dissolves into the skyline, creating visual continuity and a heightened sense of openness, while framing expansive views across Malvern.

Integrated with landscaped zones and communal spaces, it supports a broader wellness-focused environment - enhancing resident experience while strengthening the project’s premium market positioning and long-term value.

At Kokoda House, the immersive screen experience redefines how projects are presented, shifting from static display to spatial storytelling.

Designed as a central feature of the space, the large-scale digital installation allows developments to be experienced with clarity and depth. Architecture, interiors, and landscape are brought together in a dynamic format, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of design intent, materiality, and context.

For clients, partners, and investors, this creates a more informed engagement with each project. The ability to move through spaces, explore detail, and understand the broader precinct in real time supports stronger decision-making and a more transparent design narrative.

It’s a considered extension of Kokoda Property’s approach - where innovation in presentation reinforces confidence in delivery, and elevates the way projects are communicated to market.

The Angel of Malvern is back - reimagined, reenergised, and ready to welcome the neighbourhood again.

This multi-level transformation brings together heritage charm and contemporary design. From the relaxed Public Bar and leafy beer garden, to a Mediterranean-inspired dining room upstairs and a late-night cocktail space with a touch of intrigue, each level brings its own mood, all under one roof.

Working alongside Studio McCue, the fitout carefully balances old and new; retaining original brickwork and character while introducing warm textures, natural materials, and a striking glass-ceilinged atrium that draws light deep into the space.

Designed to feel like a true local, this is a venue built for long lunches, casual knock-offs, and nights that unfold without needing to move on.

At Teneriffe Banks, the landscape and exterior design extend the riverfront setting, grounding the architecture within its natural context.

A layered approach to planting softens the built form, creating a transition between private residences and the public realm. Subtropical landscaping, shaded pathways, and integrated communal spaces contribute to a connected, generous streetscape.

Greenery is embedded throughout, from podium gardens to private terraces, enhancing outlook while supporting long-term environmental performance. The result is an external environment that prioritises liveability, place, and enduring value within Brisbane’s evolving riverfront precinct.

Parkside living, reimagined.

At 441 St Kilda Road, the experience of home will begin at ground level - with a curated collection of hospitality and retail designed to bring ease, connection, and everyday ritual to the doorstep.

Morning coffee before a walk through Fawkner Park. A local destination for dining, wellness, and gathering. Spaces shaped not just for convenience, but for how people want to live.

Set within one of Melbourne’s last true park-fronted super sites, this is a considered evolution of St Kilda Road - where design, lifestyle, and place come together.
