The Orana Commercial Relocations team is proud to be supporting the Richmond Football Club with an important relocation project as part of the ongoing redevelopment of their facilities at Punt Road.

Projects like this are about much more than moving furniture and equipment. They require careful planning, coordination and flexibility to ensure operations can continue while significant change is happening around them.

One of the best parts of delivering a successful project is taking a moment to pause with the people who made it happen.

Today our team had the opportunity to share lunch with our client’s project team. These moments are about more than just grabbing a bite to eat. They’re about building relationships, reflecting on the work we’ve achieved together, and recognising the collaboration, trust and teamwork that drive successful outcomes.

At Orana, we believe the best relocations aren’t just measured by moving furniture from A to B. They’re measured by the partnerships we build, the challenges we solve together, and the people behind every successful project.

A huge thank you to our client for their hospitality and to everyone involved for making this project such a positive experience. We look forward to the next one.

The lunch probably disappeared in about 12 minutes, because that’s what happens when you put a crew of hard-working people near free food. Still, it’s a nice reminder that the strongest projects are usually built around a table as much as around a project plan.

Behind the scenes at the library 📚

This week we’re carefully relocating part of an archival collection to its new home. Thousands of bound volumes, journals, and records are being moved and reorganised to help preserve and improve access to this important collection.

It’s a big job, but we’re excited about creating a better space for research, learning, and discovery. Thanks to everyone helping make the move happen!
