OASIS Construction Update 📣

The façade installation is almost to completion! The building mirrors the surrounding, both functionally effective and aesthetically pleasing. It provides natural light, offers views, and contributes to the building's energy efficiency, water protection and architectural design. 🏦

OASIS Construction Update📣

We are pleased to report that construction works are progressing well on site🏗, with façade installation due for completion over the coming weeks, making the building fully water-tight.

Installation of building services, framing/ plastering and final fit-off are following the sequence of the façade installation and are making significant progress up the building. The podium floors are in the final stages of construction, with painting complete, all joinery installed, flooring laid and fixtures/ equipment fit-off.

Rooftop works are also nearing completion, with the swimming pool structure poured, landscape installed and terraces constructed ready for tiling.
