Staying active as you age is important to maintaine balance, strength, mobility and independence.
Our classes are run by a qualified exercise physiologist to help you improve your basic fitness and keep you moving.
Tuesdays class requires you to be able to lift yourself back to standing after floor exercises without assistance (the aid of a chair is acceptable).
Thursdays class is open to anyone.
