This year I had the honour of being MC for our annual awards night alongside JT & Alana. One of the most special moments for me was presenting the Life Member Award to my good friend, Michael Teague, what a privilege! ✨

A huge congratulations to all our award winners, and to Vivian Li for taking out #1 in sales, an absolute queen!

It was incredible to see our amazing network come together to celebrate such hard work and success. A big thank you to our wonderful corporate team and the White family for putting it all together so beautifully. 💛

15 YEARS WITH THE RAY WHITE GROUP

I started when I was 18, walking into the qld corporate office and thinking this was just going to be a job for me to save money and go travelling but the corporate assistant role opened up doors to an amazing career. Learning all facets of a real estate business from PM, Training, Auctions and Sales. I also thought within 1 week I’d be fired when I spilt coffee all over Sam White in front of all the CEO’s. Luckily I didn’t! Within 12 months I was promoted to Advertising Coordinator dealing with our agencies in qld and holding the relationship with the Courier Mail. The opportunity arose to go across to the Loan Market group as a State Administrator and moving into assisting the State CEO. From there the role took me down to VIC moving away from family and friends. I returned to the yellow side as a Digital BDE having to get up in front of people to present and train. I quickly learnt I needed to explore being on the field and I blindly followed my mentor and amazing friend to Werribee. Learning everything about sales and selling homes and within my first 12 months of being a lead agent reached premier and was on track to elite but life through a curve ball called love and I went back to corporate with all new skills. I always had the ambition to become a performance executive when I started and here I am. I look back on my career with so much pride and honour to have had all these amazing opportunities . Now leading the way and having a passion for encouraging ladies to get into sales and auctioneering. I wonder where the next few years will take me, but I am truly lucky to have had amazing mentors who believed in me along the way and working with the largest real estate company in Australasia led by the White Family 🤍

What a team, we’ve been through a wild roller coaster in the last 12 months! I love coming into work and working with all these amazing people who are experts in their field.

Congratulations to all our award winners and to our finalists you should be proud as it’s always so hotly contested! It’s our team’s favourite night of the year watching all the hard work our offices do.

And how about our hosts for the night who absolutely nailed the co hosting and being a queen for all women in realestate to look up to and who always does a fantastic job!

✨This is a story about never cancelling an auction! ✨
With 1 phone bidder and only Adam & I at the property we thought we would be negotiating with only 1 buyer via phone, however a last minute roll up buyer, we were on for an auction and able to create competition. 16 Campbell St, Streatham selling for $35,000 over reserve.

Congratulations Adam - & to our phone bidder Joy, who was over the moon!

Although 25 Ararat Rd, Stawell didn’t sell today, I am sure we will see a sold sticker on that one soon!
