John arrived in sunny QLD almost 18 months ago, following many fantastic years as a Head Concierge for FC in Sydney. As expected, John has continued to wow both building management and his clients alike with his signature outstanding service since arriving at Heritage Lanes. Having been part of the opening team, John has instilled his exceptional customer experience which is consistently acknowledged with glowing feedback on site, as evidenced below with just a snapshot from a recent feedback survey:
“John is the first point of contact for both tenants and visitors, and in turn he plays an imperative role in the way that we are perceived by our clients. He contributes to the reputation of our organisation, and this is measured by the volume of clients who comment on the high level of service that they receive at concierge.
John has a warm and personable nature. He always has his eye out for visitors, ensuring that anybody who is lost or requires assistance is noticed before they even have to ask. He truly provides a 6-star level of hospitality, similar to what you would expect at a high-end hotel. It is clear that John values all of his interactions. He remembers individuals by name and addresses us as we triage through the building.
This has a real impact on staff who work here. They feel appreciated and important when they see John and we feel exceptionally lucky to have his support.”
"I would like to recognise John Loo for his work as Concierge. I have found John to always be helpful, friendly approachable and professional. We have had many events where John has assisted our external visitors to gain access to our floor and the experience for our visitors and customers has been seamless due to his efforts. I often refer our new employees to John, so that he can give them a quick tour of the building’s amazing features and facilities. Also worth mentioning, is that he is a very kind and engaging person who is always ready with a quick wave, smile or chat when using the first floor lobby."
