PSP is looking for a Commercial & Residential Property Manager to join our team.
This role will involve managing a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial property portfolios
• Oversee leasing, inspections, tenant relations, maintenance, and landlord communications
• Prepare lease agreements, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, and represent matters at tribunal when required
