Looking back at Provenance Camberwell, we’re reminded of the idea at its heart: apartment living shouldn’t mean compromising on the qualities that make a house feel like home.

Created with Elenberg Fraser, Provenance brought together 12 expansive, house-sized residences, with light-filled interiors, private outdoor spaces and considered kitchens designed around everyday living.

Recognised across the Indesignlive INDE.Awards, Australian Design Review IDEA awards, polytec Design Awards and Gaggenau Kitchen of the Year, Provenance remains a reflection of what we believe good residential design should be: personal, enduring and deeply connected to the way people live.

PARAGON | From vision to Melbourne landmark.

Rising above the restored façade of the former Melbourne Celtic Club, Paragon brings together two expressions of the city - its history at street level and a bold, contemporary presence above.

Designed in collaboration with Fender Katsalidis, the tower’s distinctive diagonal grid draws inspiration from Celtic culture, creating an architectural identity that is unmistakable on Melbourne’s skyline. At its heart, landscape designer Paul Bangay Garden Design created Australia’s first indoor urban forest, bringing an unexpected pocket of nature to life high above the city.

From render to reality, Paragon is a celebration of heritage, nature and city living - imagined with ambition and realised with care.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE | Brunswick Established is taking shape.

The vision for this considered Brunswick community is becoming increasingly tangible, with scaffolding progressively coming down to reveal the architectural form of the townhouses.

Inside, the details that will define everyday living are coming together, with joinery and stair installations progressing alongside painting, tiling, flooring and final services. Outdoors, landscaping is advancing across the development, including the private rear courtyards of Townhouses 1–9.

In an exciting milestone, two townhouses have now been completed ahead of the wider project and are open as display homes by private appointment - offering future residents the opportunity to experience Brunswick Established in person.

With overall completion anticipated in Q4 2026, it won’t be long before this new chapter in sustainable, design-led Brunswick living is complete.

BEULAH MOODBOARD | A home shaped around light, landscape and the rituals of everyday life.

In Vilnius, Lithuania, Trim House by KWK Promes turns an unexpected design constraint into something quietly remarkable.

Its sculptural triangular form wraps around an intimate courtyard, creating a private world where architecture and nature exist side by side. Generous glazing draws daylight deep into the home, while garden views bring a sense of calm and openness to daily life.

It’s a beautiful reminder that the most considered homes aren’t simply designed to be seen - they’re designed around how they make us feel.

At Brunswick Established, private courtyards are reimagined as more than outdoor spaces - they become the connective thread of daily living. Drawing light deep into the home, inviting fresh air, and offering a place to pause, gather or retreat.

Framed by architecture that honours Brunswick’s heritage, each courtyard creates a sense of calm within an urban setting - a space where morning rituals, shared meals and quiet reflection unfold naturally.

Thoughtfully designed to balance privacy with openness, these courtyards shape a softer, more considered way of living, where nature is not an addition, but an integral part of home.

FAWKNER HOUSE | From vision to reality.

Designed to feel as considered from the street as it does within, Fawkner House has come to life with a distinctive architectural identity defined by sculptural curves, generous glazing and cascading greenery.

The completed exterior closely reflects the original design vision, where strong architectural forms are softened by landscaping and natural light, creating a sense of calm and permanence within its South Yarra setting.

Created in collaboration with Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors, with landscape design by Paul Bangay Garden Design, Fawkner House is an expression of enduring design and considered living - imagined in every detail, and now realised.
