BEULAH MOODBOARD | A home shaped around light, landscape and the rituals of everyday life.

In Vilnius, Lithuania, Trim House by KWK Promes turns an unexpected design constraint into something quietly remarkable.

Its sculptural triangular form wraps around an intimate courtyard, creating a private world where architecture and nature exist side by side. Generous glazing draws daylight deep into the home, while garden views bring a sense of calm and openness to daily life.

It’s a beautiful reminder that the most considered homes aren’t simply designed to be seen - they’re designed around how they make us feel.

BRUNSWICK ESTABLISHED | A quiet moment, at the heart of the home.

At Brunswick Established, private courtyards are reimagined as more than outdoor spaces - they become the connective thread of daily living. Drawing light deep into the home, inviting fresh air, and offering a place to pause, gather or retreat.

Framed by architecture that honours Brunswick’s heritage, each courtyard creates a sense of calm within an urban setting - a space where morning rituals, shared meals and quiet reflection unfold naturally.

Thoughtfully designed to balance privacy with openness, these courtyards shape a softer, more considered way of living, where nature is not an addition, but an integral part of home.

FAWKNER HOUSE | From vision to reality.

Designed to feel as considered from the street as it does within, Fawkner House has come to life with a distinctive architectural identity defined by sculptural curves, generous glazing and cascading greenery.

The completed exterior closely reflects the original design vision, where strong architectural forms are softened by landscaping and natural light, creating a sense of calm and permanence within its South Yarra setting.

Created in collaboration with Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors, with landscape design by Paul Bangay Garden Design, Fawkner House is an expression of enduring design and considered living - imagined in every detail, and now realised.

At Brunswick Established, construction is progressing with care as the site's heritage is respectfully preserved and reimagined for a new generation of living. Every detail reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability and design that honours Brunswick's rich history while looking firmly to the future.

Rather than simply creating apartments, the project reimagines what vertical living can be - offering the comfort, privacy and permanence traditionally associated with a standalone home.

PROVENANCE CAMBERWELL | Great design stands the test of time.

We're proud to look back on Provenance Camberwell, a project recognised across some of the region's leading architecture and design awards for its thoughtful approach to multi-residential living.

Designed with Elenberg Fraser, Provenance was shortlisted for the INDE Awards Multi-Residential Building Award, the IDEA Residential Multi category, and recognised in both the Gaggenau Kitchen of the Year Awards and Polytec Design Awards.

Comprising just 12 residences set amongst lush gardens, Provenance was created around a simple belief: apartment living should offer the space, quality and individuality traditionally associated with a home.

These accolades reflect the vision, creativity and collaboration that helped bring this project to life.

This forest retreat in Quebec by Stark Architecture reminds us that luxury isn't always about more. Sometimes, it's about less.

Wrapped in timber and immersed in nature, the home embraces passive design principles, allowing the landscape, sunlight and seasons to shape the living experience. Every material feels honest, every space purposeful, and every view carefully framed.

What resonates most is the project's quiet confidence. Rather than competing with its surroundings, the architecture works in harmony with them, creating a deeper connection between people, place and nature.

As we continue to explore the future of residential design, we're inspired by projects that demonstrate how sustainability, wellbeing and beauty can coexist seamlessly.

BEULAH LAB | What if waste was designed out of our cities from the beginning?

At BEULAH, we're exploring how circular living can help create more resilient, future-focused communities. Rather than the traditional take, make and dispose model, circular living considers how buildings, materials and resources can deliver value for longer while reducing waste.

At Paragon, circular thinking extends to energy generation, with the project set to feature Australia's largest and most efficient vertical solar panel system, transforming the building façade into a renewable energy source while reducing operational impact. At Brunswick Established, this is reflected through adaptive reuse, material repurposing, rainwater harvesting, composting and solar integration. At Habitus South Melbourne Town Homes, flexible design supports homes that can evolve alongside residents over time.

The future of urban living isn't linear. It's circular.
