How I feel when I complete a HUGE Inspection and Report

When installing a dishwasher, please read the installation instructions and remember that the first thing to install is the anti-condensation plate. This plate protects the cabinetry from moisture damage, and I more often than not see that it doesn't get installed by the builder/plumber, and I note its the first point on just about every dishwasher manufacturers installation manual!

Subfloor Inspection
Do you want a thorough Pre-purchase Building Inspection?
Does your inspector actually enter the subfloor area or does he/she view the subfloor from the access panel?
