After 10 years, I'll answer to just about anything. 🤣

The part I do take seriously?

Taking really good care of my clients.
Buying, selling, or somewhere in between, just call me.

l've got you. šŸ˜Ž

In my 30s, I feel more calm. šŸ¤

Maybe because motherhood, marriage, and building a business have taught me that I simply cannot control everything.

As a mom and a realtor, there are so many moving parts every day—clients, negotiations, schedules, family, business decisions, and sometimes, just trying to make it through the day. šŸ˜‚

But these are a few things I’m learning to focus on:

1. I can control how I show up.
I can be present for my family and still give my best to my clients and my work.

2. I can control my response, not other people’s actions.
Not every situation needs a reaction. Sometimes, choosing peace is the better response.

3. I can control my preparation, not the outcome.
I can study the market, serve my clients well, do my part—and trust God with the results.

4. I can control where I spend my energy.
As a mom and entrepreneur, I’ve learned that my energy is precious. I can’t give it to everything and everyone.

5. I can control what I choose to prioritize.
My faith. My family. My health. My clients. My purpose. The things that truly matter.

The older I get, the more I realize that success isn’t about controlling everything.

It’s about knowing what is mine to do, mine to improve, and mine to surrender.

And as I build my career while raising my family, I’m learning to work with excellence—but also to leave room for God to lead.

Because sometimes, peace comes when you stop trying to figure everything out and simply trust that God is already working behind the scenes. šŸ¤

Here’s to becoming a calmer, wiser, more intentional woman in my 30s. ✨

5 Realizations of a Mom + Entrepreneur

As a mom and entrepreneur, ang dami kong nare-realize lately.

And one verse keeps coming back to me:

ā€œWhatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.ā€ — Colossians 3:23

Here are 5 things I’m learning in this season:

1. I don’t have to do everything.
Being a good mom and building a business doesn’t mean I have to be present everywhere, all the time. I’m learning to focus on what truly matters and give my best to what God has entrusted to me.

2. Productivity is not measured by how busy I am.
Some days, ang dami kong nagagawa. Other days, one important task is already a win. Motherhood taught me that progress doesn’t always look like a full to-do list.

3. My work has a deeper purpose.
I used to think I was just building a career and a business. Now, I see it differently. I’m building something that can bless my family, serve people, and hopefully leave a legacy.

4. I can work with excellence without losing my peace.
I can be ambitious and still slow down. I can pursue big dreams and still be present for my baby. Hindi pala kailangan mamili between success and a peaceful life.

5. I’m not working just for people—I’m working for the Lord.
This changes everything. Whether it’s closing a deal, taking care of my family, answering a client, or doing the small things nobody sees—when I do it wholeheartedly for Him, even the ordinary becomes meaningful.

Maybe this is what this season is teaching me:

I don’t need to do everything perfectly. I just need to steward well what God has placed in my hands. šŸ¤

Momma, entrepreneur, wife, businesswoman—whatever season you’re in, keep going.

Work wholeheartedly. Rest when you need to. And remember Who you’re ultimately doing it for.

Dito nasusubok yung dati kong sinasabi sa sarili ko:

ā€œDon’t be afraid to be a beginner.ā€

8 months ago, I gave birth to my baby princess via emergency C-section. And honestly, only mommas will understand how hard it is to get yourself back into your physical routine after giving birth because of the exhaustion.. lalo na if nagbbreastfeeding ka pa.

Mommas are wired differently..
But mommas who still choose to move, exercise, and take care of themselves? Different level. šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Praise God for my mom who, until now, still works out and keeps moving. She inspires me to do the same.

So today, I took my first step.

Nothing grand. Nothing perfect.

Just 1%.

Natapos ko naman yung routine. Praise God! šŸ™šŸ»
Pero grabe… after, sobrang bigat ng katawan ko. I almost fainted 🤣
And that’s okay.

Because I know my 60-year-old self will thank me for starting today.

Hindi kailangan biglaan.
Hindi kailangan perfect.
Kailangan lang magsimula.

One step.
One day.
1% better. šŸ¤

And of course, thanks to my brother Renz for helping me today! 🫔

This is your reminder 🫶

You’ll never be this young again, so if you want to start over, start now.

5 reminders for starting over:

1. Give yourself permission to begin again.
You don’t have to stay where you’ve outgrown.
2. Stop waiting for the ā€œperfectā€ time.
Start with what you have, where you are, today.
3. Let go of what no longer serves you.
Not every chapter is meant to come with you into the next one.
4. Take small steps consistently.
A new life is built one decision, one habit, and one brave step at a time.
5. Trust that starting over isn’t starting from zero.
You’re bringing your lessons, wisdom, strength, and experience with you.

Your next chapter doesn’t need to look like your last one.

You’re allowed to become someone new. šŸ¤

Start now. Your future self will thank you.

When Work Meets Motherhood

I’m blessed to be in a career where every day is a different day. šŸ¤

As a Real Estate Appraiser, Broker & Consultant, every listing, property, and project we handle is more than just another transaction. We approach it with clarity, purpose, and love—because real estate is ultimately about people, families, and the lives they’re building.

And today, I’m taking a quick breather from my usual mom stuff. šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ’¼ā˜•ļøšŸ‘¶šŸ»

Motherhood has taught me that having it all doesn’t mean doing everything at the same time. It means learning how to harmonize the different roles God has entrusted to us.

5 things that help me harmonize work & motherhood:

1. Be present where you are.
When I’m with my baby, I try to be mom. When I’m working, I give my work my full attention.
2. Plan, but leave room for grace.
Motherhood doesn’t always follow the calendar—and that’s okay.
3. Prioritize what truly matters.
Not everything needs my attention today. I focus on what creates the most impact.
4. Build systems and delegate.
I don’t have to carry everything myself. A good team and good systems create breathing room.
5. Protect your identity outside motherhood.
Being a mom is one of my greatest blessings, but it is not the only thing I am. I’m also a woman with dreams, gifts, purpose, and a calling.

Here’s to building a life where ambition and motherhood can coexist beautifully. ✨

Come spend a little day in my life as a Mom + Real Estate Professional. šŸ¤
