A joyful milestone at Dux Churchill – construction is officially underway.

We recently marked the start of construction for Dux Churchill with a sod turning ceremony, celebrating the beginning of a new chapter for future residents, our project partners, and the local community.

This thoughtfully designed retirement community in Ringwood has already attracted strong interest from those seeking modern, connected living in later life.

The event brought together future residents, project teams from Orion International Group and Dux Living, Maben Group, Maroondah City Council, VIA Architects, and many of the people working behind the scenes to bring Dux Churchill to life.

Myles Qin, Director of Orion International Group, shared his vision for a community built on respect, dignity and connection — “more than just bricks and mortar, but a place people are proud to call home.”

We’re excited to have reached this milestone and will continue to share progress as we build a vibrant and inclusive community.
