Last Friday, our sales agents experienced what it’s like to call an auction for the very first time. The Novice Auctioneer Competition was created to encourage more of our agents to consider auctioneering as part of their future career path. It allowed them to try it firsthand, understand the rhythm and energy required to run a live auction, and build the confidence needed to one day call auctions of their own.

Beyond the competition itself, the day was about growth. It pushed our agents to step outside their comfort zones, learn a new skill, and discover a career pathway they may not have considered before.
