Want some tips for buying in 2025? Here are ours, hot off the press!

1. Be ready! Be pre-approved!
The market is primed for increased activity and increased prices at some point in the near future, and those who aren’t ready will miss out on any potential upswing in values. Know your comfortable borrowing limit and absolute max limit, just in case.

2. Do your homework.
There’s no substitute for attending opens and auctions, and getting an informed view of what the local market is doing. Ask all the questions.

3. Get your dream team around.
Conveyancer, banker or mortgage broker, building and pest inspector, and your buyer’s agent (of course!).

4. Broaden your search.
Just because. Some pockets are super busy and others aren’t. Renovated homes are popular and unrenovated homes aren’t. Ask not what the home is now, but what it could be in the short or longer term.
