Update from the Owners Committee:

At the AGM on 31st January, owners voted not to renew the management agreement for OCs 1,2 & 3. As we did not have a quorum (50% of owners present or proxies held) the decision is interim for 28 days.

Following the end of the interim period, the handover to the new manager MICM will occur during March.

We encourage all owners to pay any outstanding fee invoices during this time. All financial records will be transferred to MICM at handover.

The Committee and MICM will write to all owners after handover with an update. MICM will also call a General meeting for all owners within 10 weeks of handover of the records.
