The property market isn’t moving at the same speed everywhere.

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve inspected properties in two different regions across Victoria and one thing stood out: there were still plenty of buyers through the door.

Families, young couples, and first home buyers actively looking and ready to make offers.

Quality assets are still selling, and determined buyers are still out there buying.

Mid-month update ✨

The $600k buyer slot has now been filled.

I’m really grateful to be trusted by my clients to guide them through such an important purchase.

When I started Scout & Settle, one of my biggest priorities was to keep things personal and never stretch myself too thin — so I continue to limit the number of buyers I take on at one time.
