Meet Mat 👋

Mat’s career in residential building began with carpentry, giving him a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a home properly—not just on paper, but on site.

Today, Mat brings that practical experience into every UDB project, overseeing the build process and making sure the details, workmanship and quality are where they need to be.

With decades of experience in the industry, Mat understands that building a home can feel like a big undertaking. That’s why he believes in being approachable, communicating clearly and taking genuine pride in the finished product.

Together with Ben, Mat has built his career around one simple principle: do the job properly and build something you can be proud of.
