One thing this market is showing us very clearly, not every city is moving the same way.
Some areas are still holding up, others are softening, and that means buyers need to think more carefully about location, not just price. The cheapest suburb is not always the best fit, especially if you care about schools, family lifestyle, commute stress, and long-term value.
For me, the bigger takeaway is this, buying well is about matching the home to the life you actually want to live. That takes a bit more thought, but it usually pays off. β¨
