Progress update on EPG's x4 Townhouse Development in Upwey.

👉Site has been excavated and leveled,
the topsoil has been removed.The building pad has been filled with compacted gravel and crushed rock to create a stable base.

👉Moisture/vapor barrier is being installed.
The large black plastic sheet on the left is a moisture barrier which prevents ground moisture from rising into the concrete slab after it's poured.

👉Services have been roughed in. The white PVC pipes sticking up from the ground are plumbing drain and vent pipes.They're positioned before the slab is poured because they'll be embedded in the concrete.

👉The boy's are setting out the foundation,
checking measurements, aligning forms, and ensuring all plumbing and footing locations are correct before concrete placement.
