We are pleased to announce that the cause of unforeseen delays in Stage 4 have now been resolved. Whilst works within the stage are complete, drainage works in an associated area are continuing and progressing well. These are now scheduled to be completed in February 2024. We will endeavour to achieve compliance as soon as possible, with anticipated settlements to occur in March 2024. Stage 5 construction issues have also largely been resolved. Construction milestones have been met, with asphalting completed onsite. Concreting of paths and driveways is now underway, with top soiling, signage and line markings to come. Landscaping within the stage is also scheduled to begin shortly, with the stage works anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
Rest assured our team is working closely with the contractors and relevant authorities to ensure that the project continues to progress and reach title registration as soon as possible. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and the development team apologizes and will continue to make every effort to expedite approvals and reach completion.

Works associated with the completion of Stage 4 are now done and a Practical Completion letter has been received from Council. Compliance requirements are still being addressed and we now anticipate that these will be finalised in October 2023. We therefore anticipate settlements in October / November and suggest that if not already arranged finance should be obtained as soon as possible. Access for valuations will be made available on Tuesdays between the hours of 10am to 12pm.

External construction works relating to Stage 5 have now been completed after some minor delays. Internally works are progressing with concreting, topsoiling and asphalt works programmed to be completed in the coming weeks. We are still currently anticipating completion in the last quarter 2023 and we will update you with progress.

Despite some minor delays stage 4 is now complete. Whilst we are working to achieve compliance to effect settlements, we suggest that finance be arranged as soon as possible. Access arrangements for valuations have been discussed with the contractors still working on site. Access will be made available on Tuesdays between the hours of 10am to 12pm, commencing Tuesday 15th August 2023.

Construction for stage 5 has significantly progressed, and we currently anticipate completion of this stage in the last quarter 2023 and we will update you with progress.

As previously advised, Stage 3 works are complete and compliance requirements are now being finalised. A statement of compliance for this stage is now imminent and we anticipate title registration to occur mid to late next week. We therefore expect settlements in early July 2023. Finance should therefore now be arranged in anticipation of settlement.
Stage 4 footpath and vehicle cross over works continue, with clean up and top soiling works commenced. Electrical and communication works have been completed with asphalting, signage and line marking still to come. Practical completion is now scheduled for August 2023 and statement of compliance is therefore anticipated to occur in September 2023.

Stage 2 Practical Completion was achieved 22nd March 2023, we are currently still working through authority and council compliance requirements and anticipate that these will be satisfied by the end of next week. Title Registration is therefore now estimated in late May /early June 2023. Finance should now be arranged in anticipation of settlement being required in mid to late June 2023.

Stage 3 works are also now complete with Practical Completion being achieved 3rd April 2023. As per stage 2, compliance requirements currently being worked on with council and relevant authorities. We anticipate that title registration for this stage will be issued shortly after stage 2, and settlements will be scheduled to occur mid to late June / early July 2023. Finance should therefore now be arranged in anticipation of settlement.

Stage 4 works continue, there have been some slight delays due to circumstances beyond our control however progress has now been made with kerb and channel works now complete. Footpath and vehicle cross over works have also commenced, and road works are near complete.
Practical completion is now scheduled for July 2023 and title registration is therefore anticipated to occur in August 2023.

There has also unfortunately been delays associated with stage 5 works, however roads works have progressed significantly. The Bridge Road works are now a major focus as is the landscaping of the entire Toolern Creek corridor interface. Completion of this stage is anticipated in the last quarter 2023 and we will update you with progress.

Stage 2 electrical, telecommunication and top soiling of lots are now complete. Additionally, footpaths and driveways in this area have now been constructed. Practical completion will be sought next week. Finance should be arranged with title registration expected in April 2023.

Stage 3 electrical and telecommunications are now complete, with top soiling of lots underway. Further progress has been made with the concrete footpaths and driveways, asphalting, road signage and line marking to come. There has been no change to the anticipated practical completion date of late March 2023. Stage 3 Title Registration is expected in May / June 2023.

The Stage 4 works have continued to progress with drainage, water and gas works complete, while further progress has been made on the road construction. Kerb and channel works are scheduled to commence shortly with practical completion scheduled for June 2023. Title registration is therefore anticipated to occur in July/August 2023.

Stage 5 works have begun with internal sewer, drainage, water, gas and road boxing complete. Works to commence include further road construction and kerb and channel works.

Stage 2 works are still on program and progressing well with kerb and channel works now complete. Electrical and telecommunications works are to come and topsoiling of the lots has now commenced. There has been no change to the anticipated practical completion date of March 2023. Title registration is therefore anticipated to occur in April / May 2023.
Stage 3 works are also tracking according to program with water and gas works complete together with kerb and channel construction. Footpaths and driveways are underway and there has been no change to the anticipated practical completion date of late March 2023. Stage 3 Title Registration is expected in May / June 2023.
The Stage 4 works have commenced, and road boxing is now complete. Drainage is currently underway with the stage scheduled for practical completion in late May 2023.
