Our Body Corporate client base has remained consistent, and we've expanded our services to now include the Caloundra end of the coast also, as we are based this way.
We were excited to welcome 2 fantastic staff members to our team - Cam and Ben, whose expertise opened up exciting opportunities for additional service offerings!

Weeds, Weeds, Weeds!

We understand the struggle so many of us here on the Sunny Coast are facing with weeds popping up everywhere after these months of unrelenting rain (yes, our home is suffering too!).

Did you know:
Weeds can sprout in just a few days after rainfall, so it's no wonder you've noticed them making a sudden appearance quickly.

Unfortunately, we can only spray for weeds when the weather is dry and rain isn't expected. This is important because rain can wash away the treatment, making it less effective - (plus, let's be honest... we don't want to have to charge for something when it's just going to wash straight down the drain).

Keep in mind that after spraying, weeds won't disappear overnight. It can take a few weeks for them to die off, so hang in there!

Did you know dandelions aren't just pesky weeds? They actually offer some great benefits!

Dandelions are considered an indicator species; their presence can provide information about the health and quality of the soil. Their deep taproots can thrive in compacted soil and help break it up, improving soil structure, aeration and drainage, and bringing nutrients up from deeper layers. This not only helps gardens flourish but also benefits other plants in the area.

ANZAC DAY:
Rest assured, we're working hard to tend to all properties and tackle the weeds as efficiently as possible; today has been rained out at Buderim and we have a short week with the guys having a day paying their respects with ANZAC day on Thursday.

And now, our Happy Friday message! 🎉 Despite the unexpected LACK of rain yesterday, we were optimistic that we would survive another week. Unfortunately, today's rain has set us back once again and today, Buderim schedule missed out.

Looking ahead to next week, our game plan is to kick off on Monday at Buderim. Weather permitting, we'll be sending out a full team with multiple vehicles and trailers, ready to tackle our schedule head-on.

Here's to hoping for clearer skies and smoother sailing ahead! Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend filled with the best sunny coast vibes and maybe even a little sunshine! 😊

Happy New Week!
Aaaaaaaaaaaand it's looking like Mother Nature has other plans for us again this week - already a short week with Good Friday in a couple of days, and we missed 3 full days of servicing last week due to rain.
As soon as weather permits, we will continue our regular schedule.

THURSDAY --> BUDERIM ... RAINED OUT :-(

Although heavy rain had been forecast for today, we have been getting hopeful that 'they' got it wrong, but looks like they didn't! Mother Nature beat us today.

We were scheduled today and tomorrow in beautiful Buderim, however looks like today's a paperwork day instead! Here's to hoping that tomorrow looks different (and the ground won't be too wet still) and we can get at least one day up the hill.

Just a quick note as we are juggling our scheduling for the rest of this week and into next week due to Monday being rained out ... we've been warned about the threatening rain for Thursday so let's see how that goes!

Weather permitting, we'll be operating as usual next week until Thursday, but please note that we'll be closed for the Easter break from Good Friday, March 29th, through to Easter Monday, April 1st.

Wishing everyone a joyous and safe Easter weekend filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments with family and friends. 🐣✨

Weekly Wrap-Up and Weather Update!

Just a quick update on our schedule amid the continuing changing weather here on the Coast. Currently, it's taking us about 12-14 days to cover what's usually our 10-day rolling schedule due to the persistent rain and extreme humidity. We're navigating through the challenges, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during these unpredictable weather conditions.

As we welcome Autumn with open arms, we're crossing our fingers for a reprieve in the rain and humidity, hoping to get back on track with our usual schedule soon. Our expanded team, now including 2 new legends, is committed to providing top-notch service, and we can't wait to get back to our regular fortnightly schedule!

Our continued thanks to our incredible customers for your ongoing business and unwavering support. Your patience means the world to us! Here's to brighter skies, drier lawns, and the beauty that Autumn promises. 🍁

Another rain-free victory for us! Monday and Tuesday were a success, but the soil is still soaking—keeping our pace steady and deliberate. We've conquered lawns and gardens in Mooloolaba, Alex, Cotton Tree, and Nambour.

We're ready for more greenery magic this week: Maroochydore on Wednesday, Buderim on Thursday, and circling back to cover more ground and continue to play catch-up in Mooloolaba and Alex and across to Woombye and Nambour on Friday.

Making it facebook official, we've had to close our books temporarily as our schedule has been bursting at the seams all summer and we just can't add anything else in! Due to jobs taking longer in these fast-growing conditions fuelled by rain and intense humidity, and the need for extra attention in slow-going jobs (double mowing, meticulous hedging), we've temporarily closed our books. Thank you for your overwhelming support and trust in our services with referrals and recommendations, and we'll announce when we are back to accepting bookings.

We made it past Hump Day with no rain so far this week!!!

That's a milestone!!!

Happy to say it's now Thursday and the team is out and about - still playing catch up - but out there nonetheless!
