Beautiful day in paradise, great to catch up with Brett Boetcher and the team from First National Bribie Island. Brett did a wonderful job of marketing 2 Nulu St Bongaree, although it did not sell under the hammer, an unconditional contract was secured directly after. Job well done Brett, congratulations to the seller and buyer.🙂💥🥂
