Monday Water Interruption Update – Lots 59 to 66

Dear Owners and Residents,

Please be advised of an urgent water repair scheduled for this coming Monday, 23rd March 2026.

A water leak has been identified in the driveway area specifically in front of Lot 60. While we expect this to be a straightforward repair, we want to provide you with an accurate timeline so you can prepare.

Key Details for Monday:

Water Shut-off Time: Starting from 7:00 am.

Estimated Duration: We expect the water to be off for 4 to 8 hours while the repairs and concrete works are completed.

Limited Impact: Please note that only your block (Lots 59–66) will be affected. Thanks to the recently installed isolation point for your street, we are now able to manage these repairs without shutting off water to the entire complex.

Recommendations: We suggest storing some water in buckets or containers on Sunday evening or early Monday morning (prior to 7:00 am) for essential use during the day.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolve this leak to protect the scheme's infrastructure.

Monday 9th of March - We have a small water leak in the complex and are currently waiting for a plumber. Please be aware that there may be temporary water interruptions today while they fix the issue.

Power outage, Sailfish Point

Expect some lengthy delays as the transformer on the street has blown up this afternoon at approximately 2:50 pm

We have contacted Energex and they have the details. All we can do is wait.

Sailfish Point - Dear Residents,

Please be advised that due to a water leak under the roadway near Unit 35, the water supply could be switched off from 9:00 am today.

At this stage, we are unsure how long the water will be off. We are hopeful it will only be for a few hours during the day, however it may take longer depending on the repairs required.

Please also note that sections of the road near Unit 35 may be closed, as the leak is located in the middle of the road.
