Move, breathe and unwind in the warmth of the natural mineral pools with local yoga teacher Melanie from Bhava Rituals.

This unique standing yoga experience combines gentle movement, mindful breathwork and the natural support of the water to create a practice that is accessible, grounding and deeply restorative.

The warmth of the thermal pools allows the body to soften, making movement feel effortless while encouraging you to slow down and be fully present.
Suitable for all experience levels, this is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, the water and the simple joy of moving with ease.

♨️Sound Bath Meditation - 1.30pm in the Lagoon Stretch Tent

Allow yourself to completely switch off as you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other meditative instruments.

This guided sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space for deep rest. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and let the layers of sound wash over you, inviting a sense of stillness, relaxation and renewal.

These sessions are limited in numbers and are offered on first in best dressed.
