Milieu residents - Council have advised water to the estate will be turned off around 9am tomorrow to allow plumbing works. If all goes well, the outage may be as short as 15 minutes. If there are complications, it may be out for a few hours. Your patience is appreciated.

Does anyone have a carpet machine that sucks water that could help urgently? One of our properties has flooded and we just need to suck water out of the carpet in one room

If anyone in Middlemount needs a deep clean of internal split system (wall) AC units, we have a company in town tomorrow 18th doing them for $69 per unit.
Ideal for when there is black mould or white icy substance behind the fins when you turn your unit on.

To all our Tenants and Owners….BE AWARE! Thieves hit at least one home in the Milieu Estate last night it seems. Even if you rent outside the Estate, we suggest you keep your eyes open and doors locked, especially when away from home. If you have any information that could be helpful, please let the local police know. Thanks
