Mildura Property Transfers Pty Ltd hereby gives notice that all files opened by this firm from 1 January, 2018 - 31 December, 2018 will be destroyed on 30 September, 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Conveyancing Act 2006. The Act requires that all records are to be retained for a 7 year period.

Should any client wish to collect their files you should do so by 30 September, 2026.
