We have decided to introduce a boutique real estate agency to the Mildura market. I will only take on listings that I appraise which are at market value, I will not over inflate your price to get the listing,nor will I expect you to pay for television ads, massive signboards or full page newspaper ads to promote my face rather than your home or investment property! You will receive my full attention and experience and get the best possible result. I can help you with buying and negotiation on your behalf for properties with other agents or private sales. I can also offer assistance with private sales, giving you all the information and tools you need to sell your own property, including being listed on realestate.com.au - Australia's number 1 website portal! Property Management- with a maxium number of 50 properties per manager and great systems in place we will keep both landlords and tenants happy,all with a fee of only 5.5% of the rent! You as a landlord will have your own prefered trades people used for for your properties, extensive tenant selection and regular inspections. I have a great interest in the continuing development of Mildura and I will stay up to date with all areas of Sunraysia. I have a special interest in Mildura City (I'm a proud member of the Mildura City Board and I am a City Heart Trader & Landlord) and plan to be the commercial leasing leader in the retail sector. I have been involved in and owned a large company and i have created some of the best systems over 17 years. I will not compete with other agencies as they have different goals, theirs being quantity, my goal being quality listings with my vendor having complete faith in me to achieve the best result.

Very interesting,
In Mildura our underquoting agents are nothing like the cities as our prices are not in the same price ranges.
Usually Mildura auction campaigns are used to crunch a vendor,
The agent knows the price is too high,
So a marketing campaign to get their faces out there and inevitably a price reduction then a price range.
I feel we don’t have enough people in Mildura for a competitive auction so this will not make much difference to us.
