A fantastic on-site auction result achieved last week at 26 Boola Avenue, Yennora β€” SOLD under the hammer for $2,605,000.

What makes this result particularly pleasing was the strength of the campaign despite challenging market conditions. Just 2 days prior to auction day, the Federal Budget was announced, and we also saw interest rates increase again - factors that can often create hesitation in the market.

Prior to auction, we received a strong offer of $2.3M. After discussing strategy with the vendors, we made the decision to continue through to auction.

The campaign generated over 100 enquiries, more than 15 inspections, and ultimately competitive bidding on auction day delivered a premium result well above both the prior offer and reserve. A special thanks to Jesse Davidson for calling an exciting auction.

This outcome is a testament to the importance of market knowledge, strategic campaign management, and the power of the auction process when executed correctly.
